He founded Ember to help mission-driven companies uncover who they are at their core and bring that truth to life through strategy and design.

Raised in Illinois and living in Tennessee, Brad leads Ember with the same principles that guide his life: faith, integrity, and a desire to create work that genuinely serves people.
